Ability: Can collapse and compress time (Look up time compression and time colapse for more detail) allowing him to collapse time which is kind of hard to wrap your head around but it involves "ending" timelines so everything from all timelines can happen at one time, compressing time would allow the user to manipulate the "density" of time to either manipulate the flow of time or fuse timelines (pairs with time collapse) even create singularities or trap people in bubble shields where time doesnt pass so nothing can enter or leave until the effect ends. A possible application is to take a "snapshot" of a point in time trap it in a sigularity and make an alternate reality that the user can enter making it so they can essentially go back in time by jumping and creating timelines.
Weakness: It has a fatal flaw of taking high ammounts of energy to use and a lack of a physical form means the user is fighting on their own.
