CHARACTER PROFILE
Name: Leonard Ludwig Löwe
Age: 27
Country of Birth: Germany
Country of Residence: England
Languages Spoken: German, English
Personality: A tall, stoic man with a gruff voice. He doesn't say much, but every so often, he may speak in German, sometimes quoting philosophies or just giving small, brief responses in English. He's a man of action, and when there's action, that's when he starts speaking. This would correlate with his familiarity to an individual, meaning he will speak to those he's more comfortable with, and the only way for him to get more comfortable with you is to do battle alongside him. By then, one would know that he has only the best intentions, and loathes the inhumanity that many unearthly creatures bring, such as the vampires.
History: An avid reader of the bible in childhood, he grew with the principles of The Church to guide him. It was in his teen years that he had discovered monsters and devilish creatures existed outside his shielded environment. Out of a burning need to cleanse the world of evil in its most apparent form that could not be extinguished, he trained to become a holy knight; a paladin. Having been trained by the brightest minds and the mightiest trainers, he grew to become a shining star of a pupil into a brave young man, ready to front the outside world.
Then one day, as he's been proven to be the most worthy, he is led to an ancient cave, that's been said to have been empty besides a few den mothers and cubs, was really the entrance to one of the area's oldest shrines. It was a simple, metal mace attached to a large stone by an intricate mechanism joint. On the rock read three lines not seen before in the bible Leonard has read all these years.
1. In the beginning, there is life.
2. From life, comes death.
3. From the remnants of life and death, there is creation.
The men who led him to the cave believed that if one were of a holy enough spirit, and strong enough resolve, this individual could become a righteous holy warrior. Leonard attempts to tear this artifact out with his bare hands, but something amazing happens. He thinks he has merely pulled the mace out, but the stone soon broke off, as well. In fact, it broke out into a very peculiar rectangular shape that seemed to resemble a hammer when he lifted it. At that point, it was upon agreement that this weapon was truly meant to be a hammer, rather than a mace. It was with time that he would discover his stand when reading the lines of the stone while he was in battle. This was when his services were verily requested by The Church, as it seemed that Leonard had possessed a unique power that caught The Church's attention.
Notable Skills: Skilled with blunt weaponry, can still wield swords and the like.
Incredibly strong.
Well read, knows the bible's contents in its entirety.
Passionate for his work of slaying the unholy.
Notable Weaknesses: Is the silent type, won't speak with unless a higher ranking individual or trusted ally.
Naive in terms of trusting holy figures.
Can be very passive-aggressive if an individual were sinful.
Important Items: A small bible.
Priest robe and paladin's armor, as they are a holy man's garb.
His hammer/mace hybrid, Gethsemane.
Appearance: A blonde man with long hair and chiseled features. He looks as intimidating as they get, especially standing at 6'2" and looking down at a man, yet when the man smiles, one knows all is well. He wears a white priest's robe, usually wearing the hood over his head outside of battle. The hood bulks over the shoulders and chest as there's a large chest plate hidden underneath. He wears simple, brown boots. Amazingly, he merely uses a thick leather strap to carry Gethsemane, which he can remove with ease, so that it wouldn't get in the way in battle.
STAND PROFILE
Name: Gethsemane
Ability: The large stone attached to the metal mace is where the ability comes from, since this is where the stand resides. When the stand user utters a phrase from the stone, one of three abilities will take place wherever there is a cross symbol, regardless of material, size, or dimension.
1. If he reads the first line, then the forces of life, earth, and mother nature can be manipulated to Leonard's will. This includes plant growth, healing, and controlling any naturally forming objects. The cross may be consumed, depending on the scale of it.
2. If he reads the second line, Leonard and cleanse evils with the power of fire. The cleansing fire has the ability of quickening the state of decomposition of material objects and living or dead things the size of or smaller than a rabbit. This essentially means that along with burning things, he can also, for example, force a building to crumble by decaying the supports.
3. If he reads the final line, he can change any object with a cross on it into any material he wishes. Along with that, if it's the same material as the mace, silver, he can touch his mace with the newly formed silver, and the mace will connect itself with the silver, detaching itself from any other sort of restraint, within reason. Leonard can, afterwards, think of a weapon to be forge, as long as there is enough silver to work with. For example, if a cross hung onto a wall with string is used, he would only be able to make a short sword at best, and that's mostly using the silver on the mace.
Type: Bound (Bound To the Stone)
Power: B
Speed: E
Range: C
Durability: A
Precision: A
Learning: E
Appearance: Gethsemane is a large rectangular stone with three lines chiseled onto them (the lines can be found earlier in this character page). There is a small mechanism attached at the top end of the stone that can connect itself to the mace that it was found with. When a line has been read by the Stand user, the words in that specific line glows white, indicating that one of the three stand abilities have been activated. There are a few chips and rounded edges, but otherwise, it is a perfect rectangular prism. Attached to the mace, it works almost like a hammer, and Leonard uses it as such.
