CHARACTER PROFILE
Name: Unnamed Observer, feel free to give him a name!
Age: Unknown
Country of Birth: Unknown
Country of Residence: Unknown
Languages Spoken: English
Personality: Curious, pleasant and naive, the Unnamed Observer has a strange fascination of human beings. He has no knowledge of human customs, from traditions and even common sense though he is quick to learn about many things from others. He often finds the smallest of details fascinating, to the color of a flower petal to the feeling of rain on one's skin. Calm and observant in almost every situation, his easy-going attitude often contrasts with his strange nature whenever he ponders about humanity.
History: Something stirred within the Grasping One's thoughts. Those little beings, creatures who sought power beyond their capabilities...what drove them to seek certain damnation and madness? What made them so willing to line their brains with eyes and to seek wisdom beyond their mortal understanding? Unlike the Others, the Grasping One not only devoured his share of these little beings, but their minds, he came to study. Pitiful, ephemeral and transient beings seeking the infinite...why was this the case? Isn't the true goal of their species to survive and procreate? If so, why would some of these little beings pine away in their laboratories and seances to catch a glimpse of the infinite? Did they desire to become like the beings they so longingly observed?
So many questions, yet so little answers. Those who beckon his knowledge had long abandoned their humanity, their brains could produce no coherent thought outside of the lust of the infinite. The Grasping One was intrigued, almost delighted in the little beings and their nature. All their flaws, inconsistencies, madness, hopes and dreams...perhaps he inherited some of it in those who pass through his maw. Curious to learn more about the little beings known as 'humanity' , the Grasping One left the Others and took on a form of their own as the Unnamed Observer.
It definitely took sometime to perfect this process, however. His perception of humanity is rather twisted as is the form he 'took' of them. Throughout his time in Earth he came to known as the Kielder Forest horror; a gaunt, ever-changing mass of flesh and bone that spoke human words. And though some dismissed his being as mere superstition, eventually the Unnamed Observer perfected a proper form, blending in with other human beings ever curious about their existence.
However, his interest lay in certain human beings, with powers that were relatively unknown to him during his time with the Others. And thus, his curiosity would lead him to seek human beings holding 'stands' in his quest to understand humanity and the limits of it's potential.
Notable Skills: Insightful and Philosophical and pleasant, easy to get along with.
Notable Weaknesses: Poor understanding of Humanity and intangible to anything that could harm the party.
Important Items: Whichever book he is reading at the moment.
Appearance: Standing at 5'10 , the Unnamed Observer is a tall and slender young man with a pale complexion. With grayish blue eyes and short silvery-white hair, the Unnamed observer radiates a faint otherworldly presence about him.
