History:
Samuel was born in the legendary land of Aruanda, on Africa, he was born with a skin disease that marked him with a variety of scars, he was abandoned by his parents and adopted by and old woman called Nanan, that healed him with the strength of Stargazer, when she died, Stargazer became Samuel's Stand, being worshipped as a god. Later in life, in his 30, Samuel travelled to Brazil and live there, near the forests.

Samuel is very fast, inteligent and attentive.
Notable Weaknesses:
Besides being muscular, Samuel isn't very strong.

And can also do many of those things simultaneously. Stargazer can also send a fire ball from his rattle.
