CHARACTER PROFILE
Name: Ruzwal "Russo" Vega
Age: 26
Country of Birth: Venice, Italy
Country of Residence: England
Languages Spoken: English, Spanish, Italian (loosely)
Personality:
Ruzwal is what you would describe as 'masculine'. He plays to the stereotype very well. He attempts to be calm and gentlemanly. He is prideful, yet humble. He seems to follow a certain code of honour; almost like a knight from medieval times. A very noble individual— a dangerous individual.
He's strong, physically speaking. But what truly makes him a threat is his intelligence. Russo is not just muscle. In fact, it's arguable that he's far more brains than brawn. Underestimating his genius would be a grave mistake, possibly fatal.
Luckily, Ruzwal is not an incredibly violent person. Killing is something he would go to huge lengths for, just to avoid it. Only if there were no other possible outcomes would he even consider the latter option.
History:
Ruzwal "Russo" Vega was born in Venice, Italy— the city on the sea. His father was a pure-blooded Venetian, his mother of German origin. He was the only child of their family. While, they may not have been especially wealthy, but it they still managed to get by. The most important thing was: they were happy. For a while, at least.
But of course, soon enough, things spiralled beyond anyone's control. The unfortunate family got caught in the Ottoman-Venice wars. The Republic was desperate, in need of medicinal aid and soldiers. And of course, Russo's parents fit the bill perfectly. A retired officer and a nurse. In fear for their son's safety, they sent him out of the country— to Puerto Rico, at his grandparents' home. There, he lived the rest of his life.
Until, once again, tragedy struck. In his early adulthood, his grandmother died. Then, not too long after, his grandfather fell ill. The latter was hospitalized and kept under constant medical surveillance. For some odd reason, nobody could figure out what happened. That is, except for Russo himself. He noticed an oddity growing from the back of his grandfather. A ghastly apparition in the form of steel thorns, piercing the elderly man's flesh. It would seem that no amount of money would be able to help his grandfather.
So, he took it upon himself to find out. His journey landed him in many placed across the world. During his travels, he was able to acquire knowledge about his grandfather's strange illness. It was something known as 'Stand'. Nobody else but him could see it back then because they, themselves; did not have it. But Russo did. He had the power of Stand. Armed with his newfound strength and knowledge, he continued on. His resolve was steeled and he had hope again. Hope, that one day, he will find someone who can cure his grandfather.
His search would eventually lead him to England. It is there he would meet a mysterious man, with a tempting proposal. In exchange for the custody of a certain group of Vampire Hunters, he would restore his grandfather back to normal. His choices, from that point onward— would dictate his future.
Notable Skills:

• Strong & Durable Physique
• Close Combat
Notable Weaknesses:
• Speed
• Long Ranged Attacks
Important Items:

Appearance:
Physique
Ruzwal is a tall man, standing at 6'4" (193 cm). He has a fair, slightly tanned complexion. His body is very toned, being muscular from his head down. His arms—including his shoulders— are large, broad and rounded. On the very top of his torso are two squared, jutting pectorals. Below them are a set of rippling abdominal muscles; six in total. Russo's lower half is no exception to all the previous statements. His thighs and calves are larger, more athletic than the average man's.
Facial Features and Detail
His face is shaped quite 'long'— like a squared oval. He has defined cheekbones, with noticeable, deep dimples. His nose is centred on his face, parallel to his forehead and chin. Despite his age, he still manages to retain a youthful face. His eyes are a deep blue; placed an equal distance apart from each other, residing below his forehead. Thought, they are hardly ever seen as they are always hidden behind something.
Hair
Vega's hair is a dark brown, almost black colour. The style of hair he dons is something from after his time. It is shaped like a slight pompadour, with front side swirling back— similar to ice cream. He has noticeably long sideburns going down each side of his face. His eyebrows are elevated low—in a natural furl— only slightly above where his eyes are located.
Clothing
Ruzwald's main attire consists of finely-made, black suits; with four, long, pointed trims on each end. Two on the front of the suit, two on the back. Under the black clothing is a white, high-collared dress shirt— buttoned completely up. For his legs, he wears matching dark suit pants, with a lined pattern all over it. At the very bottom, he has black, lightly armoured, leather grieves.
As for his face, he generally keeps it open to air. That is, except for his eyes— which he hides behind a Venetian mask. If you ask him to take it off, chances are you'll be denied ninety-nine percent of the time. Ever since he reached a certain age, no one has seen his eyes since.
STAND PROFILE
Name: Hammer Time
Ability:
STOP
With each successful hit Hammer Time connects, the gravity of the impacted area will increase two-fold. The ability's affected radius is half a metre away from the point of origin (the initial surface contacted). If a separated object or entity is hit, such as a Human or Animal, the point of origin will be entity's whole body. This means that the individual's gravity will be increased along with the half-metre radius around them.
Damage is not necessary for the ability to take effect, as a mere skim will be enough to enable it. However, even if Hammer Time does not need to do any damage for STOP to begin, the increase in gravity will usually cause harm in some way, regardless. It will limit the affected party's mobility, speed and durability— with each consequent hit by Hammer Time doubling in power and force.
Type: Close-Range
Power: A
Speed: D
Range: D
Durability: A
Precision: C
Learning: D
Appearance:
Hammer Time takes on the form of a muscular, humanoid Stand. Most of it's body is an orange hue, with darker shades of the same colour throughout. It's face and head resemble a digitalized, cyborg monkey. It's eyes are white slits, with no pupils— giving it a constantly 'angered' look.
The most striking features about it, are probably the arms. In which, from the forearm downwards; there visibly aren't any. Instead of the rest of the arm; there are orange spirals of varying shapes, sizes and rotations. At the end of the spirals are hands, both holding two separate hammers.
The hammers have a futuristic look and feel. They have regular, cylindrically-shaped handles— with small, sturdy, rectangular blocks placed on the bottom. The head of the hammer is oddly circular, almost like a mace. They protrude on each side like hammers, but seem to round-off near the ends; similar to the spirals it's forearms consist of.
